This service provides an extra layer of support for at risk customers. It is a simple way of letting us know who to prioritise when it comes to delivering fuel during the Autumn/Winter seasons.
If your household has one or more residents that are aged 75+, or are an at-risk customer due to health or circumstances, you are eligible.
If you are running low, or have run out, let us know you are eligible and one of our friendly staff will help you get your fuel ASAP.
