What dates do the Service Contracts have to be booked between?

The service needs to be booked before the end of August.

You must sign your contract for your Annual Service Contract before you are able to receive your fuel voucher.

What specification requirements do the Boiler / Aga have to adhere to?

The boiler needs to be less than 10 years old. We would offer the contract to any Aga. We don’t offer contracts on Range cookers.

What happens if a current Annual Service Contract customer wants the voucher?

If you already have an Annual Service Contract, this offer cannot be redeemed.

If there is a limit of vouchers per customer?

This special offer is limited to one voucher per customer.

What fuel the voucher can be used on?

Kerosene, BetterBURN, and BetterBURN V.

What is the expiry date for the fuel voucher?

All fuel vouchers must be redeemed before 01/05/26.

How does the voucher system works?

Once you have signed your Service Contract, you will be emailed a digital voucher that can be redeemed on your next order.

What happens if I don't buy the fuel in the given window?

Vouchers cannot be redeemed after the expiry date has passed.

Can I give the voucher to somebody else?

NO. Vouchers are nontransferable and will be double checked against your account.
