An opportunity has arisen for a full-time Credit Control Manager to join the Credit Control department working at our Farrington Depot.

About the role:
- 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday (1 hour for lunch)
- Lead and organise the Credit Control team
- Provide development and guidance for the team
- Monitor and manage efficiency of the team
- Ensure all old and overdue debts are chased and paid
- Reduce debt list and minimise write-offs
- Exceptional customer service
- Take ownership of customer queries
- Resolve difficult customer situations
- Liaise internally
- Provide management reports to the business
About you:
- Experienced in managing a team
- 3 years+ experience in a Credit Control role
- Able to build rapport with internal team and customers
- Professional, motivated and organised
- Able to deal with difficult / sensitive situations
- Able to work well under pressure
- Experience providing reports
- Full UK driving licence
- PC literate (Experienced in Excel)
- Highly confidential
