Evesham (WR11 1GP) | Engineering Administrator | Full-time | £23,795.20 - £24,400 (depending on experience)

Ford Fuels is a family run fuel,  lubricant and AdBlue distribution business supplying both commercial and domestic customers.

An opportunity has arisen for a Full-time Engineering Administrator to join our Evesham Depot.

You will be required to work Saturday mornings for 4 hours on a rota basis, which will be paid at overtime rate.

About the role:

  • 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday
  • Answering incoming phone calls
  • Processing quotes and payments
  • Booking tank quotes
  • Ordering stock and dealing with suppliers
  • Making calls to customers with notification prior to jobs
  • Stock control
  • Update the computer systems with stock levels and prices
  • Arrange tank services and send out job sheets to engineers
  • Investigate complaints and escalate if needed
  • General assistance in the office

Farrington Gurney (BS39 6UU) | Customer Service Advisor | Full-time | £23,795.20 per annum

Ford Fuels is a family run fuel, lubricant, and AdBlue distribution business supplying both commercial and domestic customers.

An opportunity has arisen for a Full-time Customer Service Advisor to join our Farrington Gurney depot.

You will be required to work Saturday mornings for 4 hours on a rota basis, which will be paid at overtime rate.

About the role: 

  • 40 hours per week Monday – Friday (Full-time)
  • Answer the telephone to take orders
  • Process orders for Transport to deliver
  • Take payments over the phone
  • Direct calls to the relevant departments
  • Transfer tickets to other depots
  • Covering other duties as and when required
  • Regular internal communication

About you:

  • Inbound telephone experience
  • Customer service experience
  • Good administrative skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Highly organised
  • IT literate
  • Awareness of data protection principles
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Able to prioritise and manage own workload
